Hope Flight is a group of DDF pilots and participates in the Battle of Alta.[1][2] There are eight members of the flight and Ironsides is the flightleader.[1]
During the Battle of Alta, Hope Seven, Chaser, turned on his fellow pilots, thinking that they were Krell and killed a number of his teammates. Chaser was shot down by his wingmate, Cobb. The surviving members of the Flight were awarded the rank of First Citizen's for their participation in the battle.[1]
