In 1143 Dalinar and Gavilar and their armies are stationed at a highstorm shelter just inside Evavakh lands, threatening the owners and collecting tribute from the farms nearby.[1] The waystop is used for over four months, and at one point Toh and Evi are invited to dine with the Kholins along with Torol and Ialai Sadeas.
