Stormlight Archive 4 refers to the untitled fourth book in the The Stormlight Archive.
Development
Brandon plans to begin writing Stormlight Archive 4 in January 2019, with publication planned for 2020.[1][2]
The book's flashback sequence will feature Eshonai,[3] and Venli's role in the present timeline will be expanded.[4] The remaining protagonists, including Kaladin, Shallan, Dalinar, and Szeth, will also feature prominently.[4] The prologue will likely be written from the perspective of Navani.[5] The story is set to take place approximately one year after the events of Oathbringer.[4]
Brandon has mentioned that he is particularly looking forward to writing Wit's epilogue in Stormlight Archive 4.[6]
Trivia
One of Stormlight Archive 4's working titles was The Song of Changes, though this is unlikely to be used as the final title.[3]
