The Elendel Supremacy Bill was a Bill proposed by the Elendel government under the idea that it would help achieve greater unity of the Basin in light of the discovery of the Southern Scadrians. It was opposed by the outer cities and Waxillium Ladrian as failing to achieve this goal and instead making them appear weak. The bill ultimately passed.

In light of the Malwish Consortium being formed Wax worried that many politicians would seen the Elendel Supremacy Bill as a necessary measure.[1]

The bill ultimately was striken down and replaced with a proper parliament.[1]
