The Collapse was a major event leading up to the Battle of Hathsin.

It started with the death of the Lord Ruler. Which lead to the formation of the interim New Empire. The Siege of Luthadel and Fadrex city followed. The daymists and the continual eruption of the ashmounts.

It all culminated in the Battle of Hathsin.
