Forgotten are unearthly beings that lead the wild chalklings at the Tower of Nebrask.

Attributes and Abilities
The Forgotten lead the wild chalklings in the Tower of Nebrask. Unlike chalklings, which are made of chalk, the Forgotten appear to be made of charcoal and look like shadows.Rithmatist However, They howeverthey can still be destroyed by acid.Rithmatist They have the ability to bind with a person and grant Rithmatic powers much like a Shadowblaze, though this ability was unknown to humans until a Forgotten bound itself to Inspector Harding.Rithmatist Joel theorizes that Forgotten can also kill the person outright and take over their body and that that is what happened to Nalizar.

Chalklings under a Forgotten's control can consume Rithmatists instead of just killing them. When this happens, the Rithmatists are turned into further chalklings that can then be used to attack and consume more people, with the added benefit of being able to reform after being destroyed by acid or Rithmatics.rithmatist However, they revert to human form if the Forgotten is killed.

* Before The Rithmatist was taken out of the cosmere, Forgotten were Spiritual Realm entities that got pulled into the Physical Realm. This was the origin of their fear of time, as the Spiritual Realm does not have linear time.1619
