The [[Shin]] have somehow gained possession of the Honorblades. One is given to [[Szeth]] when he becomes [[Truthless]], but Truthless do not usually have Honorblades.{{wob ref\|5089}} However, the Shin do allow people who are not Truthless to use them, for currently unknown situations and reasons.{{wob ref\|5090}} The Heralds all left them behind when they broke the [[Oathpact]], which suggests that they may have at least been part of what bound ~~the~~ them to the Oathpact in the first place.
