Kliss was a noble on Scadrial.
She was described to be a plump young woman, short with long blonde hair and lacking in fashion sense.[1]
She was a member of the Luthadel court, believed to be nothing but a courtly gossip. She used that as a cover and source of information for her actual work as an informant-for-hire.[2]
