Lopen is a Bridgemen from Bridge Four who only has one arm. He calls for Kaladin to pick him to join Bridge Four when Kaladin comes looking for new recruits. When Kaladin asked why he wanted to join Bridge Four he responded that it was because Kaladin was the only one picking.
