She organizes the operation for the Fused occupation of Urithiru, and with the help of [[Navani Kholin]] they developed [[Warlight]], as well as athe waymethod to create [[Anti-Stormlight]] and [[Anti-Voidlight]].
== Appearance and Personality ==
Raboniel is described as a tall narrow figured femalen [[Fused]], with a tall topknot of red-orange hair and carapace like a helmet and very long arms and fingers.{{book ref|sa4|14}}{{book ref|sa4|65}} She has remained sane even after being Fused for seven thousand years. However, she is extremelyexhausted tired offrom the unending war wherein which both the Fused and Radiant spren cannot be killed permanently. She is obsessed with ending the war to the point that nothing else seems to mattermatters to her.

Raboniel then usesused Anti-Voidlight to finally kill her [[Fused]] daughter [[Essu]].
Later when Raboniel reveals her plan of using [[Anti-Stormlight]] to kill the Radiants [[Spren]] Navani uses a [[Fabrial]] trap to stop Raboniel, and then, with what remains of the weapon Raboniel used to kill her daughter, stabbed Raboniel to attempt and kill her. However, since there wasn't enough [[Anti-Voidlight]] Raboniel is left in a weakened state.{{book ref|sa4|106}}
