Shaday is a Highlord and member of the Kholin army in Alethkar on Roshar.[1]

As a Highlord, he is presumably a lighteyes of the third dahn. He is a high-ranking military leader, as he discusses strategy with King Elhokar, Azure, Adolin, and other Highlords.[1]
