Sighted can see spren in the [[Physical Realm]] even when they do not want to be seen. Rock has given conflicting reports on the origin of this blessing, saying that he was born with it but also that the waters of life are involved with this ability.{{book ref|sa1|21}}{{book ref|sa2|46}} They can also slightly see the form of spren in the [[Cognitive Realm]] Rock shows this ability when he sees the larger aspect of anticipationspren in Shadesmar.{{book ref|sa3|37}}
