The "feast I must drink" is Stormlight stored in the gemstones knotted into the malen Parshendi's beards. The "words I must speak" is the Second Ideal. The "old oaths" are the [[Immortal Words]].

The "heart" is an emerald [[gemheart]] they harvested from a [[chasmfiend]] they encountered and killed on their return journey.
