The Conventical of Seran is a fortress of the Steel Ministry on Scadrial.
Sazed and Marsh visit here and find it empty, abandoned. Sazed also finds a metal enscription describing the prophesy of the Hero of Ages, which he copies down for later study. The copy is altered by Ruin which leads to its release from the Well of Ascension by Vin.
