Fadrex City was a major trade hub in the Western Dominance of the Final Empire. After the Collapse, Cett made it the capital of the Dominance, as the city's natural rock formations made it much more defensible than the more distant, original capital of the Western Dominance, Tremredare.
Fadrex contains one of the Lord Ruler's supply caches. The city plays a key role in the events of The Hero of Ages, surviving two sieges before ultimately being destroyed when the world was remade.
