Missouri Williams, known as Mizzy, is a member of the Reckoners.
She is based with Valentine and Exel in Babilar.[1] She is the sniper for her team, has experience with explosives, but wants to be point. It is stated in dialogue between Megan and David at the end of Calamity that after Calamity was defeated, that Missy unexplainebly became an Epic.
