Sesemalex Dar was a major city in Emul on Roshar.
Sesemalex Dar was a Dawncity, and was a major waypoint and trade city of the south. It was the capital of Emul, but the kingdom of Tukar disputes the border. The design of the city was intricate, built in enormous gashes in the ground to protect it from highstorms. The city had a lip of rock diverting water from flowing into the city and a complex drainage system to help it weather highstorms.
