Durn is a leader of the skaa underground in Urteau on Scadrial.[1]
He introduces Spook to the skaa of Urteau and helps with the preparations to overthrow the Citizen.[2]
Durn was said by Spook to be quite ugly.
He uses sticks to drum on the ground, inaudible to anyone but Spook with his tin-enhanced senses. He thinks that Durn could have been a master musician, as he has perfect rhythm. He walks with a false limp but smells like soap and wine.[3]
