She worked for Steelheart but later rebelled against him, and is murdered after losing. She~~ has two second-tier abilities -- moving softer earth and turning earth and stone into sand -- which ~~combined~~combine into a first-tier ~~Epic without immortality powers~~power. She also created a cushion of earth around the bank as it sank, ultimately protecting it.{{book ref\|steelheart\|25}} Faultline later challenged Steelheart, attempting to take over [[Newcago]].
