'''Haspers''' are a form of two-shelled molluscmollusk on [[Roshar]] that are often compared to tiny mouths{{book ref|woksa1|64}}. They grow in clusters, attached to stone, wood, or similar materials, and slowly open and close their shells in rhythm with each other. Haspers can be found in a wide variety of places, including [[Kharbranth]]{{book ref|woksa1|3}}, [[Hearthstone]]{{book ref|woksa1|44}}, and the chasms of the [[Shattered Plains]]{{book ref|woksa1|55}}. They reproduce during the [[Weeping]], with clusters seeming to grow out of nowhere{{book ref|WoKsa1|44}}. At least some varieties of haspers have pearly shells.{{book ref|sa2|64}}
