Icewater is a city on an island in the Southern Depths along the southern edge of Roshar during the Era of Solitude.[1]

Icewater is a port city on the north side of the island.[1] It is unknown if it is autonomous or if it is under the control of Tukar or some other nation.

Rysn once travelled with Vstim to Icewater and bargained with pirates.[2]
