The author of the first Oathbringer letter seems to be a shard, as he/she often refers to Cephandrius as someone who gave up his chance at divinity. He talks about the other shards as if he is one of them. The third Oathbringer letter seems to be Sazed
The author of the second Oathbringer letter goes unnamed, but their behaviour and an implication of extreme self-sufficincy in both action and personality means that this may be the bearer of the shard [[Autonomy]].
