Lurnips are a type of plant native to Roshar.[1]
Lurnips are green,[1] and if they are at all related to the similarly named curnips, then it seems likely that the lurnips are rockbuds.
Jasnah ate a lurnip during her lunch meeting with Taravangian.[2]
In Emul, there was a lurnip famine a few years before the year 1173.[3] Av's father went to the Nightwatcher because his family was starving due to the famine.
