Melishi was bonded to one of three specificthe [[sprenSibling]]{{wob ref|3748}}{{book ref|sa3sa4|6442}} that allowed him to use the [[Surge]]s of [[Tension]] and [[Adhesion]].{{book ref|sa2|part=ars}} Because he is only known through historical texts, the exact nature and extent of his abilities are unknown, but he can presumably utilize the Surges similarly to others of his Order.
