Miliv was Citylord Wistiow's head steward in Hearthstone on Roshar.[1]
His wife was nurse to Laral. After Laral's father died the nurse didn't let Kaladin visit Laral because Kaladin was not an appropriate friend for Laral. Miliv died and was replaced by Natir.[2]
