Panatham is a large city in Babatharnam--and potentially its capital--on Roshar during the Era of Solitude.[1]

It has one of the ten Oathgates.[2]
Prior to the Battle of Thaylen Field, Dalinar Kholin discussed potential places Voidbringers could attack, as well as locations of strategic interest. He suspected that the Iriali and Riran armies--who allied with the Voidbringers[3]--may have captured Panatham and its Oathgate.[2]
