Revilar is prominent lighteyes from Jah Keved. He is of the same rank as Lin Davar, and controls lands bordering Davar's.[1]

Appearance

He might have been handsome, but his nose was removed during a duel in his youth. We wears a wooden replacement, panted black. He is dresses well in modern design and has silver hear.[1]
