Rishir was one of the northern Silver Kingdoms on Roshar. Valhav and Alethela bordered it to the south.[1] Rishir's Oathgate was located in Kurth.[2]

Its lands are now divided between the states Alethkar, Herdaz, Jah Keved, Reshi Isles, Rira, and Tu Bayla.[1][3]
