Georgi, formerly a street thug from Orlando, also known as Waterlog, is the Epic from whose powers the spyril is derived. Regalia claims to have turned him into an Epic.[1]
Spyril
Spyril can project water, functioning much like a jet pack, propelling the user to travel with great speed or over obstacles. However, as the source of water, the beam it produced must be shot on water to draw water in, so it is best used on water bodies, such as Babilar.
