Brightlord Wistiow was a lighteyed Alethi, and the Citylord of Hearthstone prior to the Vengeance Pact.[1] He was the father of Laral, and died in his old age under the care of Lirin. Lirin, claimed that Brightlord Wistiow had gifted a small fortune in spheres, but this ended up being a lie, and no such gift was ever made. [1]
